10% down to reserve a trip if booking a year or more in advance. A payment of 40% is due by January 15th of the year you will go on the trip. The remaining 50% will be due upon arrival in cash or cashiers check. All monies paid are non refundable. Failure to make any of the installments will result in forfeiture of monies paid and reservation spot will be filled with clients on our waiting list.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage may be purchased for initial deposits or complete trip cost (plane tickets, trip cost, fishing license, etc.). Our trips are often booked many months in advance and your spot will be guaranteed. In addition to the cost of the trip you will have purchased a fishing license and possibly airline tickets, all adding up to a great deal of expense. Many of these expenses, if not all, are non-refundable if something comes up at the last minute to cause a cancellation of the trip. Personal health or other personal reasons along with wilderness conditions are just some of the reasons that a trip may be canceled. Payments have a 3% convenience fee if paid with a credit card.
Gratuity not included. Our cooks, wranglers, packers and guides work very hard to give you a once-in-a-lifetime wilderness experience. Many of our clients ask us how to tip. Tipping is always a personal choice, but the industry standard is an 10-20% tip for a wilderness trip.

Trip Waiver
Please download our waiver for the drop camp services, horse pack trip services or guided fishing trips. To help expedite your check-in, please print and fill out a waiver for each member of your trip and bring with you to give to us at the start of your trip.
